Canandaigua Man Accused of Yelling Racial Slurs at Teens

A Canandaigua man has been arrested on charges he yelled racial slurs at two teenage girls at Canandaigua's Baker Park. 

It happened around dinnertime on Wednesday. City police say Michael Orbino followed the girls through the park, yelling the slurs and scaring them. 

He is charged with two counts of stalking as a hate crime. He was locked up without bail.
