Postal Service Letter Carrier Accused of Stealing, Now Facing Drug Charges

A letter carrier with the Postal Service who was accused this month of stealing from the mail is now facing drug charges.

James Ludwig, of Fairport, was arrested at the Victor Post Office two weeks ago for allegedly taking cash and gift cards from the mail.
