The Rochester City School District says a Northeast Prep Academy teacher has been put on paid leave while officials investigate an alleged relationship between him and a female student. School District spokesman Carlos Garcia tells 13 WHAM the teacher was immediately removed from the classroom. The district has not released the teacher's name or said how long that person has been employed by the city schools. The student reported the incidents last week, and parents were notified in a letter yesterday.
