Two 19-year-old from Rochester are charged with second-degree murder in a Christmas Day homicide in the city.
Joshua Burns and Elzie James have been arrested for the fatal shooting of Jarvis Porter at 193 Genesee Street.
Police say Porter knew the suspects, but there's no word from police on a motive for the shooting. Burns and James are being arraigned today.
