Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault inside a Penn Yan bar on Christmas Eve. Penn Yan Police said there was video posted on social media inside Lloyd’s Limited A Pub on Main Street. Investigators searched the bar and seized surveillance equipment. Investigators said the bar was closed, but four people were reportedly inside the bar at the time of the incident, including the owner and a woman recording video. Police say Champlin was named a person of interest after the initial complaint was filed. At this point, no charges have been filed.
