Tony Stewart Wrongful Death Suit Likely Headed to Jury Trial

A federal judge is letting a wrongful death lawsuit against Nascar legend Tony Stewart move forward.  Stewart was driving a car that hit and killed driver Kevin Ward at Canandaigua Motorsports Park in 2014.  Criminal charges were dropped, but the lawsuit filed by Ward's parents accuses Stewart of trying to scare their son on the racetrack. Yesterday the judge rejected a motion by Stewart to dismiss claims in the civil suit.
