3 People Killed At Rural New Mexico High School

A school shooting today in rural New Mexico has left three people dead. The Sheriff of San Juan County confirms the deaths.  Sheriff Ken Christesen said the three are believed to be students. Christesen tells the "Albuquerque Journal" deputies are still working the scene.  

Police were called to the school near Farmington in northwest New Mexico around 9 a.m. local time. Other schools in the area, including Bloomfield and Farmington highs, were also put on lockdown.

Christesen did not say if one the dead included the shooter.
