A Gates man has pleaded guilty in the overdose death of a woman in April.
Dominic Hobbs was accused of supplying the heroin dose that caused the death of 41-year-old Tara Miles.
He pleaded guilty today to criminally negligent homicide and possession, and his plea deal calls for four years behind bars. Hobbs was arrested by police posing as drug customers after Miles was found dead at her home.
