The Livingston County Board of Supervisors has approved an independent investigation into sexual harassment allegations against Board Chairman Eric Gott. The allegations were made public in a Livonia woman's recent Facebook post using #MeToo. Heather Novak claims Gott made comments about her breasts and suggestive comments to other women she was with at a bar during a conference earlier this year in Albany. Gott tells the Livingston County News the allegations are fabricated and politically motivated.
