A Rochester man is facing drug charges following his arrest in Albion.
The Orleans County Major Crimes Task Force says 24-year-old Troy Dukes was arrested after an investigation into the sale of heroin from Rochester in the Albion area.
And authorities say he faces additional charges for having two 2-year-old children in his vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
