Michael Stagles has pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in the death last year of his three-year-old daughter, Brook.
He had been set for trial next month but entered the new plea at a court appearance this morning. He'll be sentenced December 6th and faces one-and-one-third to four years behind bars.
Stagles' girlfriend, Erica Bell, was found guilty of murder and manslaughter charges last week for punching Brook in the abdomen and rupturing her intestine.
Stagles admitted failing to get medical help for Brook soon after she was injured.
