Investigators: Batavia Man Accessed Child Porn at Library

A Batavia man is facing federal charges for allegedly using a computer at a public library to look at child porn. Robert Richmond has pleaded not guilty to charges of possessing and knowingly accessing child pornography.The director at the Richmond Memorial Library in Batavia reported in January that an employee saw Richmond viewing the material. In all, 83 images of child porn were found on the machine.
