Football parents in Geneseo are upset after the varsity season was canceled.
Last month, seven players were suspended for allegedly taking prescription painkillers before a game, leading the school board to forfeit the rest of the season.
Parents came out to the school board meeting last night to ask why the other 14 players were being punished.
The superintendent said he was worried about losing students, not games, and wants to change the message.
