Rochester police have released the name of the man who was shot to death early yesterday morning in Charlotte.
Police say they found 23-year-old Shaquan McMillan on Beach Avenue around 1 a.m.
Police think he was shot in a nearby parking lot and collapsed in the street. The entire area around Lake and Beach Avenues was closed off yesterday morning for the investigation.
