A Steuben County man is facing charges he had inappropriate contact this summer with children less than 11 years old.
Nineteen-year-old Zachary Zigenfus, of Wheeler, was arrested this week on one count of sex abuse and two counts of child endangerment.
Troopers allege that he subjected a child to sexual contact and exposed his genitals to another child. Bail was set at $1,000 and the next court date is Wednesday.
