A Conesus family is holding out hope that their Yorkshire Terrier may have made it to shore after their catamaran capsized last night on Conesus Lake. Bonnie Stauber Deaton posted on Facebook last night that the family was on their father’s catamaran when a gust of wind rolled it over off Pebble Beach on the north end of the lake. Everyone was alright, but they lost sight Bella, the Yorkie, in the water. The accident happened about 100 yards from shore, but Deaton posts if there’s even a small chance the little dog made it to shore and someone finds her, they’d appreciate a call to (585) 397-4672.
