A Holley man is facing charges after deputies say he was speeding on his motorcycle with a nine-year-old riding on the back. According to WHEC, deputies say Hector Savage, 32, was going 120 MPH on Route 31 in Albion with the child. Savage is facing several charges, including endangering the welfare of a child and reckless driving. He was released on appearance tickets.
