Rochester Teenager Who Shot At Police Officer, Sentenced

A Rochester teenager who fired a shot at a city police officer is headed to prison for 20 years. 

Ernestiaze Moore was sentenced this morning for the attempted murder of veteran Officer Kelly Phillips on Santee Street in February. 

At the time, Moore was 16.

Phillips had gone to area to check on reports of gunshots. Moore admitted firing a shot from ten feet away.  Moore pleaded guilty in July.
