A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Rochester man who was arrested last week for the death of his girlfriend.
Terry Williams is charged with second-degree murder and possession of stolen property.
Police found the body of Cheryl Robinson July 28th at her apartment at 249 Central Park. Authorities have not said how she was killed, but say she and Williams were involved in a relationship.
