Sheriff's deputies are investigating an accident that killed a pedestrian from China who had been visiting relatives in Pittsford.
Seventy-seven-year-old Tian Xuming was struck around nine o'clock last night as he crossed South Main Street near Sunset Boulevard. He died overnight at Strong.
So far, no charges have been filed against the 80-year-old driver.
