Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio was released from jail on Thursday after being there for over a month, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Astacio was sentenced last week to 60 days in jail- which took into account days she served before her sentencing. Asatcio was also sentenced to three years probation for violating the conditions of her 2016 DWI conviction. She’ll also need to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet for six months.
