A Geneva man has been arrested on charges he left his 8-month-old son alone in his vehicle at the Geneva Wal-Mart on routes 5 and 20.
Jason Roberts was arrested around 7 p.m. after deputies spotted the child in a vehicle parked in the fire lane.
Authorities say Roberts left the child alone for more than 30 minutes while he returned bottles and shopped. He's charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
