More testimony is expected today at the trial of the four people charged in the strangulation death of Penfield resident Craig Rideout. The first witness yesterday, farmhand Lowell Weaver, told jurors how he discovered a shovel and a body in the woods along Adams Road in Yates County last July. He saw two vehicles and heard voices at that spot hours earlier. And jurors were shown surveillance images from Walmart showing Colin Rideout buying the same shovel -- and four pairs of gloves -- 8 hours before his father's body was discovered in the woods. Jurors also were shown images of Craig Rideout's body.
