A Geneva man is accused of using counterfeit money. Police said Therian Atkins, 31, was passing fake currency to a business in the City of Geneva. Investigators said Atkins used the money in June. Atkins was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument. He is being held in jail. Police say additional felony charges are pending.
