3 Indicted in Rochester Homicide, Home Invasion

Rochester, NY -- Three people are facing charges in a Rochester homicide last month. 

Police investigating a home invasion robbery May 12th on Fairview Avenue learned that Moran Wilson may have been murdered. A woman and her 4-year-old were tied up at gunpoint in the home invasion.

Wilson's body was found the next day, buried in a backyard on Dayton Street. 

Genesis Colon, Alvin Hancock and Tyshon Myles have been indicted on two counts of second-degree murder; plus kidnapping, robbery and burglary charges. Colon and Myles are also charged with evidence tampering. Myles and Hancock are parolees.
