Jury selection is set to start tomorrow for the trial of four people charged in killing of husband, father and friend Craig Rideout.
Rideout's son's Alex and Colin, his estranged wife Laura -- and her boyfriend Paul Tucci -- are charged with second-degree murder and evidence tampering.
Rideout's body was found last July wrapped in a tarp in a wooded area in Yates County. A chemical had been used to disfigure his face. And authorities believe he had been killed hours earlier in his basement in Penfield.
Colin Rideout asked today for a change of venue, but Judge Thomas Moran denied the motion.
