Gunman Opened Fire on Members of Congress at Virginia Park

Virginia police are investigating a mass shooting in Alexandria. According to ABC News, a gunman opened fire on a group of Republican Congressmen practicing baseball. The suspect is believed to be  in police custody. Rep. Steve Scalise and two Captiol police officers were shot. According to the Associated Press, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Alabama), who witnessed the shooting, said at least 50 shots were fired from a semi-automatic rifle.
