Judge Leticia Astacio faces a hearing at 1:30 today on a charge she violated a condition of her DWI sentence by skipping a court-ordered urine test.
Media reports says her attorney, Ed Fiandach, has been subpoenaed -- apparently to discuss how he notified her about the test requirement.
Astacio was arrested on a bench warrant Monday after she returned from Thailand. She has spent three nights in jail without bail.
