Rochester police called to Ontario Street for a report of a man shot in the head found a 23-year-old city man who had been hit in the upper body, and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigation found the shooting took place outside of 196 Hudson Avenue.
Police are continuing to investigate and have not released any word about a suspect or suspects.
