Rochester police say the Lilac Festival was mostly incident free during its ten-day run.
An intoxicated man was arrested last night after police say he was told by security to leave, then pushed past an officer at another entrance to re-enter the festival site.
Patrick Fisher, of Rochester, is expected to be arraigned today on charges of resisting arrest, trespass and harassment.
