A Gates man is facing charges in connection with three separate robberies in three days.
Gates Police say Steven Marzovilla was arrested this morning and charged with three counts of first degree robbery.
Police say early Sunday morning he robbed a clerk at the CVS on Spencerport Road and got away with cash. Police say he also robbed a 26-year-old Gates man who was walking on Spencerport Road late last night, and then early this morning robbed the clerk at the Speedway station on Elmgrove Road.
Authorities say in all three instances Marzovilla either threatened to shoot the victim or insinuated he had a gun.
