Judge Has Ordered NYS To Release Woman Who Had Husband Killed in Seneca County

A judge has ordered New York State to release a woman who had her husband killed in Seneca County.

In 1991 Laurie Kellogg drove four teens from Pennsylvania to her husband's cottage in Romulus to kill him.

She was convicted in 1992 and sentenced to 25-years to life.  Her parole was denied last year -- but a Manhattan judge this week gave the parole board 30 days to release her.
