Arrest Made Following Serious Car Crash In Rochester

An arrest has been made following a car crash in Rochester that seriously injured two people.  

Police say two cars crashed last night at the intersection of Northland Avenue and Jerold Street.  

Four people were in each car.  Two people are in critical condition and the other six were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Rochester Police say 24-year-old Luis Ramirez has been charged with first degree assault, aggravated unlicensed operator, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign and unlicensed operator.
