A notorious Rochester judge is due in court again today. Judge Leticia Astacio is facing allegations that she violated terms of her DWI sentence. She was mandated to not drink last year as part of a conditional discharge, but allegations of violations have surfaced since then. Astacio's been relieved of her judicial duties , but she still has her title and nearly 200-thousand-dollar-a-year salary.
