Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden is hosting a public forum this afternoon on his proposal to prohibit a form of discrimination against would-be renters.
McFadden's legislation would assure that people getting Section 8, SSI or other public benefits, would be not be prevented by landlords from submitting a rental application.
The forum is set for 5:30 at the City Council Chambers in City Hall.
