Men Plead Guilty In Connection With Deaths of Boys at Letchworth State Park

Two men have pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in connection with the deaths of two boys that were swept over the lower falls at Letchworth State Park last summer.

Tyler Jennings and Chad Staley, both in their 30's, could see up to 4 years in prison.

The accident killed nine-year-old Dylan Giangregorio and his six-year-old brother Preston. The two brothers, Jennings and Staley, and three other kids were wading in an area of the Genesee River which was marked prohibited.

When one of them slipped, it caused a domino effect that swept everyone over the falls. The boys didn't come up again.

Their bodies were found a few days later.
