Wyoming County Deputies have named the man who drowned over the weekend.
They say 46-year-old Robert Fuller's boat capsized on Java Lake Friday.
One person was rescued, but Fuller's body was found late Saturday.
Authorities believe Fuller drowned, but are still investigating.
