The Rochester City School Board has approved next year's school budget by a 4-3 vote.
The $1.15 billion budget eliminates about a dozen positions, mainly home teachers, social workers, and school counselors.
Most of the 76 expected job cuts were restored, thanks to $5 million in grant money.
The City Council is expected to OK the budget on June 16th.
