The former commander of the Geneva American Legion is now in custody.
That's according to The Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Dale Mosher was supposed to go on trial on September 15th for grand larceny.
And he allegedly skipped out on a date the following week to reschedule.
He's accused of stealing nearly $100,000 from the Legion while serving as commander from 2015 to 2023.
A news conference is set for later this morning.
