Rochester police have arrested a man in a downtown shooting.
They say 22-year-old Karnell Labord shot a 17-year-old and a 19-year-old as they sat in a stolen car on East Avenue, across from Parcel 5, Wednesday night.
Both victims are expected to recover.
Labord faces assault and gun crimes.
He's on probation for a previous weapons conviction.
