State police have arrested a 73-year-old man from Hamlin, and charged him with having child pornography.
Peter Tonery was charged with felony possession of Sexual Performance by a child, after state police accused him of having over 820,000 illicit files on his devices.
Tonery was issued an appearance ticket, and is due back in court on September 15th.
