Rochester police have named the victim of the city's latest homicide.
They say 68-year-old Gilberto Morales-Cruz was gunned down Saturday afternoon on the sidewalk outside a building on Smith Street, near Oak Street in the Brown Square neighborhood.
No one has been arrested.
Morales-Cruz is the 22nd homicide victim in the city so far this year.
