A Rochester man is in custody, after an alleged home invasion on the city's north side.
The 34-year-old is accused of forcing his way into a home on Avenue D, between Hudson Avenue and Bauman Street, shortly before 5 this morning.
One of the people inside fired several shots at him with a legally registered gun.
No one was hit.
The suspect is being checked out at the hospital with minor injuries, and charges are pending.
