Rochester Police say a missing persons case is now a murder and have made an arrest.
28-year-old Luis Leon was reported missing from his Indiana Street home Saturday.
And his body was found Monday night in a field in Cattaraugus County.
Investigators say he died of blunt force trauma.
48-year-old Ruben Ortiz of Livingston County is charged with 2nd-degree murder.
Ortiz already served time for manslaughter in a 1993 homicide in Kings County.
Police say Leon and Ortiz knew each other, but have not disclosed a motive.
