Former Rochester Interim Mayor Carlos Carballada has passed away at the age of 90.
He was CEO of Central Trust Bank and First National Bank in Rochester,where he was famous for doing the company's commercials with the line,"oh yes you can."
He later worked as an executive with M&T Bank.
Carballada served as interim mayor for three months after former Mayor Bob Duffy became Lieutenant Governor in 2011.
Later, Carballada served on the New York State Board of Regents.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 16th at Canisus University in Buffalo.
