A Rochester man has been shot and killed in Cayuga County. Police say 43-year-old Ronell Agee was gunned down Saturday night outside an apartment complex in Auburn. 35-year-old Davon Dixon of Auburn is charged with 2nd-degree murder and a gun crime.
