A Canandaigua man guilty of sexually abusing a developmentally-delayed 11-year-old child will serve 18 years in prison.
19-year-old Dakota Murphy was convicted last month of 1st-degree sexual abuse.
Prosecutors say he forced the child to engage in oral sex early last year.
Murphy will also serve 20 years' parole.
