One man is dead, after a drowning in Ontario County.
Deputies say the 41-year-old was fishing from a kayak in a private pond in the Town of Seneca, near Seneca Castle and Vogt roads, at around 5 yesterday.
That's when he capsized.
Rescue crews pulled the man's body from the water -- he hasn't been identified yet.
