The student who caused a lockdown at the St. John Fisher University campus will likely not see any jail time.
20-year-old Shalom Mathews pleaded guilty yesterday to stalking and attempted assault.
As part of the deal, Mathews would get 5 years probation in November unless he violates the deal terms.
Prosecutors say Mathews tried to kidnap an employee at knifepoint back in Februrary of last year.
He allegedly intended to tie up the victim and rape her.
Mathews was originally charged with attempted sex abuse and attempted kidnapping.
