An Afghanistan citizen was the target of an FBI raid along Blossom Road in Rochester.
Dilbar Dilbar is charged with felony visa fraud.
Federal prosecutors say he used a false name to obtain an Afghan passport, claiming he served as an interpreter for U.S. forces.
And he eventually obtained all the documents necessary for a special immigrant visa and green card.
There was a group of protestors across the street from the house during Dilbar's arrest, with signs suggesting they were there to protest an ICE action.
They appeared for an immediate protest called for on Facebook.
Dilbar faces up to 10 years in prison.
He has a detention hearing next Friday.
